Granola

Base:
4 cups Old fashioned oats
1 cup raw shaved almonds (any combination of nuts)
dried fruit if desired

Spices:
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of any combination of the following:
cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, ginger, cloves

Oil:
1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/4 cup plus 2 tbs raw honey

Flavoring:
1 1/2 tsp vanilla or almond

Mix together base and spices.
In separate bowl mix butter, honey & flavoring

Add liquid to the base slowing. Stirring to cover all. 

Spread on cookie sheet.
Cook for 30 min at 300 degrees

The more you stir the less clumpy it will be.

Granola Bars


2 cups oatmeal
1 cup ground flaxseed meal
1 cup Craisins (optional)
1 cup Raw honey
1 cup Peanut butter
1 cup protien powder
chocolate chips

Mix together and press into a 9x 13 pan. Keep refrigerated.

a little snack

tastes just like cookie dough~ 1 1/2 T plain Greek yogurt, little honey, 1 T pb, couple T of dark chocolate chips, splash of vanilla, a tad of salt and enough rolled oats so its not like a pudding...mix into a ball...~ enjoy:)
